I have noticed a difference in my anxiety and inflammation. I will say this : do your research on any other drugs you take that may interact with the CBD. I ordered mine from Lazarus naturals, make sure you use a good company that lists its heavy metal testing results. I don't take prednisone or anti-inflammatories. I get an organic CBD oil that is madw from the WHOLE plant not just the hemp.

Tried CBD oil and CBD vapor. It helps and it helps me sleep better. I take Plaquinil 200 mg daily. So far I think I am doing fine with it. But everyone is different. I will say this do your research on any other drugs you take that may interact with the CBD. I don't take prednisone or anti-inflammatories. Back in April i started to take the Brand Plaquenil because I am allergic to Sulfa. I had read that it was better to take the Brand if you were allergic to Sulfa. And thank goodness, I have done well with it so far. I was started on a small dose, 1\2 tablet a day, but now the Rheumie wants me to take 400 mg a day. I have cutaneous lupus. Apr 10, 2019 Take Plaquenil exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Follow all directions on your prescription label. Do not take this medicine in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended. Plaquenil is sometimes given only once per week. Choose the same day each week to take this medicine if you are on a weekly dosing schedule. Take Plaquenil.

My last flare included Interstitial lung inflammation. Also, don’t be worried about eye involvement, as long as you get an eye exam every 6 months with an optometrist/ophthalmologist that is familiar with lupus/plaquinal, you should be fine. I use a QUELL (like a tens unit) elctro therapy for pain.

It's such a wonder drug. What does your rheumy suggest? Not knowing what your dx is, I don't know what to tell you. Since you're taking Enbrel and MTX, I suppose you have RA and I can't imagine having that and not being able to take plaquenil.
