    Plaquenil DailyStrength I think you can take it all at once if it doesnt cause you to feel sick. Though my rheumies instructions were 1 200mg twice a day. Also, the therapeutic dose for plaquenil is 400mg daily.

    Plaquenil 400mg taken at once or split into 200mg.
