Anyone stop plaquenil use? - Scleroderma - Inspire Has anyone with scleroderma found they either A had success with plaquenil or B discontinued its use and had an increase in symptoms? Obviously, I'd rather not be on more medications than I need. Currently on 400g plaquenil, 15mg pred, 5mg amlodopine, 5mg pred, and 20mg Omneprazole. That is plenty for me thanks.
